NOTICE to ADP enrolled clients: We're enhancing how we identify and deliver the most relevant human capital management (HCM) solutions for your business.
As a part of this effort, ADP may use limited employee demographic information (such as name, date of birth, gender and ZIP code) or other confidential information (as defined in your ADP services agreement) in combination with third-party data to evaluate your eligibility for services that may be a strong fit for your organization and/or to offer you additional services. What this means for you:
It doesn't impact your current ADP services or ability to receive service and marketing emails from ADP.
This information is used in aggregate to support service recommendations. It's not used to make decisions about individual employees, your current services, or your current pricing.
ADP doesn't sell your data. We take data privacy seriously and use appropriate safeguards to protect your information.
No further action is required if you consent to ADP's use of limited employee demographic information or other confidential information for the purpose set forth above. Your consent to such use will become part of your services agreement, and you'll be bound by it.
